Dr. Michele Green was featured in Newsweek today, in an article that talked about the benefits of Quinoa on ones skin. Dr. Green mentioned that “Quinoa contains lysine, which is a key ingredient our bodies need [and] which cannot be synthesized by the body and must be provided by our diet. It is the building block in the synthesis of collagen and elastin.”
