What Happens If You Don’t Wear Deodorant For a Week
The List looked at “I tried not wearing deodorant for a week and here’s what happened” in a recent article and Brittany Brolley tested out how that week went.
When in doubt about her levels of sweat, she reached out to expert dermatologists such as Dr. Michele Green, who noted that “There is a difference between deodorant and antiperspirant. Deodorant often has perfume and odor blocking absorbers, while antiperspirant prevents or reduces sweating.”
And in addition to the difference between antiperspirant and deodorant, Dr. Green mentions “natural deodorants can be sufficient for most people” and in many studies, a safer option to use.
