Should You Stop Using Sunscreen? ABC News

ABC News featured Dr. Green today in “Sunscreen can be absorbed in the bloodstream, new study says” where she was asked if people should stop using sunscreen due to new tests about how Sunscreen can be absorbed in the bloodstream.

More testing is needed though and Dr. Michele Green says this should not change things. “Until we know further, it is important to continue to use sunscreen since it is a good way to protect skin from the sun’s UV rays and a lot of these agreements have been around for a very long time.”
