Allie Flinn from Hello Giggles discussed Thigh Chafing with Dr. Michele Green in a recent article titled “Thigh chafing is annoying AF—here’s how to prevent it.”

“This occurs as a result (of) too much movement resulting in friction between the thighs,” dermatologist Dr. Michele Green told HelloGiggles.

The good news is that it can be prevented. For example, if you experience thigh chafing after you work out, Dr. Green mentions that you’re probably not wearing the right workout clothes.
