Recently, the “Midwest Makeover” trend has gained traction on social media. Daily Mail asked Dr. Green about this and more in today’s article – “Plastic surgeons reveal incredible ‘Midwest Makeover’ transformations as they hail new subtle surgery craze” – which focuses on minimally invasive procedures overall.  This goes against the extreme makeover trend of a few years back where plumped up lips and big butts were all the rage.

This can also include laser treatments and procedures such as Thermage FLX. Dr. Green also notes that ‘women in this region have traditionally always favored a more elegant look compared to other parts of the US – especially in Los Angeles’.
