Summer seems to have sneaked up on us in recent days and so Vogue.com asks Dr. Green about the Best Tinted Moisturizers With SPF Provide Lightweight Coverage and Sun Protection overall and some of her recommendations.  She was featured in the article where she is quoted several times, noting that “moisturizing also helps soften fine lines and wrinkles by plumping the skin, creating a youthful appearance” and that “UV rays damage collagen and elastin fibers that support the skin’s structure, leading to wrinkles and leathery skin, causing the skin to become thinner and drier.
