Perlane is a clear gel formulation similar to Restylane, made up of hyaluronic acid, that is specifically formulated to add fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds.
What makes Perlane different is the average size of the particles and the depth of the injection. Particles of Perlane are generally larger than Restylane, and a good choice for wrinkles that benefit from a deeper injection into the skin. Perlane works particularly well for the nasolabial area and smile lines.
